Before music became his profession, Burcho imagined a future in athletics. In a March 2023 interview with Proffootball, Razmik Mansourian recalled that early ambition and explained how his voice ultimately led him toward singing.

Football remained a lasting interest. He traced his enthusiasm to childhood and to his father, who had played the sport in Iran. Later, friendships with Ararat players brought him closer to the game. In the interview he mentions Khoren Hovhannisyan and Hamlet Mkhitaryan among the players with whom he felt a strong connection.
